The UltraSling™ ER IV was designed to provide a comfortable and proper fit for protocols involving immobilization and external rotation. The three-point strapping system is easy to put on, while its unique design eliminates pressure on the neck, leading to increased comfort and compliance. The UltraSling ER IV is ideal for preferred positioning following capsular shifts, Bankart procedures, glenohumeral dislocations and subluxation, post-operative care after release of severe anterior capsule contracture, and adhesive capsulitis release and manipulation.

DonJoy Shoulder Cradle

This unique modular system provides secure immobilization and a wide range of abduction angles for stable and comfortable support. Shoulder Cradle is indicated for post-operative immobilization in 15%deg; of abduction or greater for shoulder hemiarthroplast, total shoulder replacement, shoulder reconstruction, superior labral repair, and shoulder debridement. It may also be used for stabilization after a fracture to the proximal humerus, elbow or forearm; Bankart repair or rotator cuff repair; biceps tendon surgery; shoulder dislocation; and elbow ligament or tendon repair.
