As a physician or medical office you can use the following dialog to securely upload order documentation or other sensitive patient information to the Kinex Medical Company Order Entry staff.
To use this dialog please enter your Email address, name, and Company name. Next drag files individually or in bulk to the "Drag files here" portion of the screen. Once all desired files have been added simply click the Upload button and wait for each item to be fully uploaded.
