Lymphedema Pumps
Pneumatic compression devices (PCDs) help reduce edema by mimicking the body’s lymphatic system to move fluid back toward the core. Using a non-peristaltic action, they direct fluid from distal to proximal areas, improving both lymphatic and blood flow.
Ready-to-Wear Compression
Ready-to-wear compression garments are available in various lengths, fabrics, and compression levels. Designed with thinner, more cosmetically appealing materials, they’re ideal for patients with venous disorders, blood clots, or mild lymphedema/edema.
Custom Compression
Custom compression garments are made from thicker, breathable materials and tailored to any shape, size, or compression class. They’re ideal for lymphedema/edema patients with limb shape changes, offering greater containment and reduced rolling or skin irritation.
Nighttime Compression
Nighttime compression garments are essential for lymphedema/edema self-management, helping control swelling and maintain therapy results overnight. They support lymph flow, protect limbs, improve compliance, and reduce overall treatment time.

Over time, your size and required compression level may change, so it’s important to be re-measured and consult with your provider, certified fitter, or lymphedema therapist at least every six months.
Many patients find that swelling can return overnight without proper nighttime compression. When used consistently, nighttime compression garments help maintain reduced limb volume, support skin health, and prevent complications such as fibrosis, while also enhancing the results of complete decongestive therapy (CDT) and reducing the need for more aggressive interventions. Patients should always consult their physician to ensure nighttime compression is appropriate for their individual treatment plan.
